Terms of Service

1. Services Provided

WasherDoctor provides on-site washing machine repair, maintenance, deep cleaning, and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) services across Bengaluru, Karnataka. Booking through this website is a request for service; confirmation is subject to technician availability in your area.

2. Booking & Appointments

• Bookings submitted via this website are requests, not guaranteed reservations. We will call to confirm within 2 hours during business hours (8 AM – 8 PM, all days).
• Please ensure someone is available at the address during the selected time slot.
• Cancellations can be made at any time before the technician arrives by calling us.
• If our technician cannot access your premises on arrival, a revisit fee of ₹100 may apply.

3. Pricing & Payments

• Prices listed on this website are indicative. A precise quote is provided by the technician after diagnosing the machine.
• You are under no obligation to proceed with a repair once you have the diagnosis and quote.
• A diagnostic fee (₹299) applies if you choose not to proceed after diagnosis.
• All payments are collected in cash by the technician at the time of service.

4. Service Warranty

All repairs carry a 90-day warranty on labour and any parts we supply. The warranty covers the same fault recurring under normal use. It does not cover:

• Damage from power surges, flooding, or misuse after our repair
• Parts procured independently by the customer
• Faults unrelated to the original repair

5. AMC Plans

Annual Maintenance Contracts are valid for 12 months from the date of the first service visit. AMC fees are non-refundable once the first service has been performed. Scheduled maintenance visits are subject to technician availability; we will reschedule within 3 working days if needed.

6. Liability

WasherDoctor is not liable for pre-existing faults or damage discovered during but unrelated to the repair. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed. We take reasonable care when handling your appliance, but are not responsible for cosmetic damage that was already present.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
