We collect only what is necessary to complete your booking:
- Name — to address you correctly
- Phone number — to confirm your appointment and send reminders
- Service locality — to assign the nearest technician
- Appointment details — machine type, brand, preferred slot, and any description you provide
We do not collect payment card details — all payments are collected in cash by the technician on-site.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Scheduling and confirming your repair appointment
- Contacting you via phone or WhatsApp to coordinate the technician visit
- Improving our service quality through aggregate, anonymised analytics
We do not use your information for marketing or share it with third-party advertisers.
4. Data Storage & Security
Booking data is stored in AWS DynamoDB (Mumbai region, ap-south-1) with server-side encryption enabled.
Data is retained for 3 years for service history and warranty purposes, then deleted.
5. WhatsApp Communication
If you initiate contact via WhatsApp, your conversation is subject to WhatsApp's privacy policy. We use WhatsApp solely to communicate about your booking.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of data we hold about you
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Correct inaccurate data
